The Australian Leadership Index (ALI) is a national survey conducted by Swinburne University of Technology. It measures perceptions and expectations of leadership for the greater good for institutions operating in the government, public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Swinburne University approached Dassier to design and build an online reporting platform to communicate ongoing ALI results to the general public, media organisations, and institutions in the government, public, private and not-for-profit sectors. The custom built dashboard needed to report the results in an easily accessible, intuitive, visually engaging, and interactive manner whilst also providing more advanced analysis through calculated metrics and complex filters for skilled users.
The ALI online reporting platform provides end users with the ability to view, analyse, benchmark, and understand how different sector and institutions are perceived to be contributing to leadership for the greater good. It provides analytical tools to diagnose performance on specific components of leadership and how they could be improved. In addition, it empowers Swinburne University to efficiently and effectively communicate leadership research that has had a public impact across Australia.
